Butler County In-Home Services, LLC sole purpose is to meet the growing needs of our mostly rural undeveloped area to serve the elderly, disabled and infirmed of our area with the quality of services they deserve.

Hiring Full Time and Part Time employees, in Butler, Carter, Ripley, Reynolds and Wayne Counties.

Full-time Worker: A full-time worker is one who is routinely scheduled to deliver 35 or more hours per week on behalf of BCIHS. Full-time workers meeting length-of-service requirements are eligible for certain specific benefits.
Part-time Worker: A part-time worker is one who is routinely scheduled to deliver fewer than 35 hours per week on behalf of BCIHS. Part-time workers are not eligible for any additional benefits.

Age and Education

In Home Service Workers must be mature individuals, age 18 or older. You should be able to read, write, and follow directions. A high school diploma or G.E.D. is preferable. The Missouri DHSS requires that all applicants have a working vehicle, current Missouri driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance.

Preferred work background should include successful completion of a basic nursing arts course, nursing assistant or home health aide training, or at least 6 months paid work experience as an agency homemaker, nurse’s aide, home health aide, maid, or household worker, or (1) year experience, in caring for children, sick, or aged individuals. If you do not fall into any of those categories, we can provide on the job training to you as well.

Paid mileage is offered when your work travel meets certain criteria.

Health Care Insurance

Full time In- Home Service Workers are offered a medical care plan with premium costs shared between BCIHS and workers, for the worker only, provided they have met full-time requirements. Other coverage is available for spouse and/or children at the worker’s expense.

Paid Time Off Accrual

Full time workers are eligible for paid time off after one year of continuous service provided the worker delivers the required full-time hours, which is currently 40 hours per week.

Aflac is an additional benefit that is available to both full and part time employees.
